We assemble different forms, different contents of the photo to make a collage! Both of we are interested in making a sound we did last week. So using this sound, we decided to create a interactive collage on our canvas. At the first time, Maria created a geometrical shape for collage, and make a function for showing up the shapes depending on sound. And we came up with using our funny photo instead of shape! So we made a ‘loadimage’ function to replace the components, and each photos have a different ratio so we need to add a ‘resize’ function in the set up. As a result, we’ve got a extremely interesting interactive collage to sound! During this work, we totally enjoyed our process editing one by one. At the beginning of semester, I didn’t expect that I can enjoy the creating code by p5js because I’ve never learned coding before. Even though I couldn’t create a code well right now, definitely I can enjoy the process of creating artwork with code!
